From 21 September 2022, you can vote in council elections to select your Mayor and Councillors. Have you thought about helping to shape your community by standing as a candidate?

Local government enables communities, through their elected representatives, to make decisions about the way your district works. By being an elected member of Council you’ll be making a positive difference for your community today and into the future.

Nominations for candidates open 15 July 2022 and close 12 August 2022.
