ROAD CLOSURE - LUDSTONE ROAD TO GREEN LANE - STARTING 13 MARCH FOR 6 WEEKS

We are repairing culverts, adding retaining structures and repairing the road surface at Ludstone Road.

Kaikōura District Council wishes to inform residents and road users that there will be a ROAD CLOSURE in place at Ludstone Road for a period of 6 weeks from 6.30am to 6.30pm while work is underway. A detour will be in place for road users.

Council's contractor Downer plans to close shortened road sections, working out from the Old DOC Building and working towards Green Lane. All work is weather dependent.

Residents effected by the works will receive a letter with more information and contact numbers for the work crew. The work crew will be speaking with residents and property owners if work plans involve restricted access to your property. They will work with residents to minimise disruption where possible.
